Game Rules & Instructions

Step 1: Acquiring Testnet Tokens

To participate, obtain Testnet Tokens from the EXPchain Testnet Faucet. These tokens are required to interact with the blockchain and play the game.

Step 2: Game Mechanics

  • Play on a 4x4 grid by using arrow keys to move tiles.
  • When two tiles with the same value collide, they merge, adding their values together.
  • Aim to achieve the highest score by strategically combining tiles.

Step 3: Free Moves and On-Chain Synchronization

  • Players receive 30 free moves. On the 31st move, an on-chain transaction fee is incurred to synchronize progress and activate leaderboard participation.
  • Automatic blockchain synchronization occurs every 120 moves to ensure game status is up-to-date on-chain.

Step 4: Leaderboard Ranking

  • Rankings are based on your highest score across all attempts during the week.
  • Track your real-time ranking on the leaderboard.

Step 5: Final Leaderboard Freeze

  • The leaderboard freezes at 00:00 UTC on January 16, 2025, ensuring fairness in score calculations.

Step 6: Winner Announcement and Reward Distribution

  • Winners will be announced on January 16, 2025, with rewards distributed within the following days.
  • The prize pool is allocated based on leaderboard positions and a Galxe user raffle.

Prize Pool Allocation

The total prize pool of 1000 $ZKJ will be divided into two portions:

  1. Leaderboard Rewards (500 $ZKJ): Awarded to the top 10 players based on individual scores.
  2. Galxe Raffle Rewards (500 $ZKJ): Distributed to 50 random users who successfully complete Galxe missions.

Top 10 Players Reward Formula

  • Personal Reward = (User Score / Total Score of Top 10 Players) × 100% × 500 $ZKJ

Galxe Raffle Reward Allocation

  • Each selected account will receive 10 $ZKJ.
  • 50 user accounts will be randomly selected from participants who complete Galxe missions.

All 1000 $ZKJ rewards will be distributed directly to winner addresses.
